Pobalsoil Neasain's winning team

The first annual Rotary Ireland public speaking competition was held in PSN on Monday the 22 of March. The Competition was organized by Debating Coach Miss Glennon and former principal Miss Carroll. The schools competing were Pobalscoil Neasáin, Ardscoil Rís ,The Donahies community school and Santa Sabina. The competition was judged by three senior members of Rotary .All the teams performed very well, and Ardscoil Rís won the award for best individual while the PSN squad (Karl Conyard, Jennifer Lawless and Ruadhán O’Laoi) secured the title of best team. The competition was considered a great success and it is hoped that the competition will be expanded to include debating in the future .
